A creative force in audio and digital media, Ashley is an award-winning producer, narrator/voice artist, and writer who brings passion and excellence to every project she touches. Her career in podcast production has earned her four NAACP Image Awards, including a 2025 win for “Outstanding Self-Help/Lifestyle Podcast” for We Don’t Always Agree with Ryan & Sterling and 2024 win for "Outstanding News and Information Podcast" with Holding Court with Eboni K. Williams. Her production expertise has benefited major platforms including DCP Entertainment, WMG's Interval Presents, and Spotify. Her natural empathy, creative instincts, and curiosity have made Ashley a sought-after producer who consistently draws out the best in talent while crafting productions that resonate—whether reaching broad audiences or niche communities.

Currently leading production on multiple successful shows including Holding Court with Eboni K. Williams, We Don't Always Agree with Ryan & Sterling, and Toure Show, Ashley has produced over twenty podcasts throughout her career.

Ashley is also an audiobook narrator and voice artist. She recently narrated Dolen Perkins-Valdez’s novel Happy Land and voiced a small role and additional narration in Jana Smith's Red For Revolution which won the 2024 Tribeca Festival Best Independent Audio Fiction Award. Ashley brought literary excellence to life as narrator of DéLana R.A. Dameron's Redwood Court (alongside narration greats like Robin Miles and Dominic Hoffman), selected as a Reese's Book Club pick in February 2024. Ashley’s selection for the 2024 Penguin Random House Audio Narrator Mentorship Program underscores her rising prominence in audiobook narration.

Ashley is also an accomplished writer, with her short fiction appearing in prestigious publications including midnight & indigo: Eighteen Speculative Stories by Black Women Writers and Obsidian: Literature & Arts in the African Diaspora Journal. As she develops her own short story collection, Ashley remains committed to creating compelling work while amplifying meaningful and resonant voices across media platforms.
